Founded by Konstantinos Dimogerontas, K&B was established with a clear mission: to deliver high-level expertise in both the development and construction of tourism properties, as well as in their professional management and operation.
The company began by managing vacation rentals on behalf of property owners across Greece, quickly building a reputation for reliability and performance.
From its second year onward, K&B evolved its model, securing long-term leases (3-15 years) on residences in the historic centre of Athens, which are then expertly managed and sublet to short-stay visitors seeking authentic urban experiences.
This dual focus on construction excellence and operational efficiency has positioned K&B as a trusted partner in creating sustainable value for both property owners and investors.

With UK Hotel Management studies and a family heritage in construction, Konstantinos blends hospitality expertise with decades of building know-how. Working alongside his father, a seasoned contractor, he gained deep knowledge of property development and asset utilisation.
After returning to Greece in 2018 from Austria (his country of origin) and the UK - where he specialised in residential construction and smart homes - he founded Aerobook IKE, focusing on professional property pricing and short-term rental management. In 2021 he established K&B Properties, leading a team for integrated tourism-property management. Today the company grows under his vision: combining construction excellence with innovative hospitality to deliver long-term value for investors and property owners.
